STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF TRADING WITH QUIKER LTD


  1. You, the client explicitly waives its own standard terms and conditions, even if these were drawn up after these standard terms and conditions of Trading. In order to be valid, any derogation must be expressly agreed to in advance in writing.
  2. Quiker LTD terms are Net Net and no further discount or trading terms are accepted.  
  3. Quiker LTD undertakes to do its best to supply our services in due time in accordance with the agreed timeframes. However, none of its obligations can be considered as being an obligation to achieve results. Quiker LTD cannot under any circumstances, be required to pay fines for lateness, out of stocks or loss of profit or other such claims filed against us.
  4. Quiker LTD cannot under any circumstances, be required by the client to appear as a third party in the context of any claim for any damages, against the client by an end consumer. Please familiarise yourself with our safety warnings and make sure the end user (consumer) is aware of the back of pack warnings when selling.  
  5. Quiker LTD must be notified of any claim for delivery damages within 24 hours of receipt of the goods or services accompanied by photo evidence and/or return or goods.
  6. Out clients cannot knowingly sell Quiker products to other third party sellers, or appear as a wholesaler or discounter of Quiker products. Quiker products are defined as any products we offer for sale to clients, under the Quiker brand or other brands.  
  7. Our clients cannot sell Quiker products outside their authorised market places, any changes to market places must be agreed in writing by Quiker LTD.
  8. Quiker LTD reserves the right to refuse to sell our products or service without a given reason. We reserve the right to refuse to supply goods or services, even after a payment is made, a refund will be issued in these cases.
  9. Should products need to be returned, on acceptance by Quiker, the client is responsible for the full cost of returning items. In some cases an admin charge may be applied for doing this. Returns must be in saleable condition, in their supplied pack sizes and in original undamaged packaging. We do not offer refunds on original delivery charges if the services were used. We do not offer sale or return of goods sold. Statutory rights apply. 
  10. In extreme circumstances Quiker LTD can withdraw your authorisation to sell in any market place with 30 days notice or when the pre-purchased stock sells through, whichever is sooner. No new product can be purchased in that exiting window to sell in the exiting market place.   
  11. You agree that Quiker LTD can contact you on the information provide in relation to your application, account and any subsequent sales opportunities or with general information. 
  12. All products and services including free delivery rates are advertised excluding VAT. VAT will be charges on appropriate products at the current level.
  13. We delivery to all standard delivery areas in England, Scotland & Wales, we do not currently sell directly to Northern Ireland, Ireland or the outer delivery areas. Making purchases outside these area will result in order cancellation and any payments refunded.

  15. All our contractual relations will be governed exclusively by United Kingdom law.
  16. There are no minimum orders for boxed deliveries at Quiker, we offer free box delivery on all orders over £100 NET, any orders below £100 are charged a £10+Vat delivery fee.
